How do you make your art?
I hand draw all my artwork on a Huion Kamvas 16 in both Krita and Clip Studio Pro. I use Photoshop (or Photopea) for resizing, exporting files, and for adding text to graphics. Nothing fancy!! I’ve been a creative person all of my life and I’ve always loved drawing (the first money I ever made was sketching Pokemon for kids in my middle school for lunch money) and I’ve been doing art for streamers ever since right before the pandemic in 2020. I never and will never use AI in any of my art – everything is drawn by hand while fighting for desk space around my spoiled cats. 🙂
Hey I like this art you did for someone else, I want it for my stream EXACTLY, is that possible?
Nope! If I’ve drawn custom art for one streamer, I will not duplicate it for someone else. I’m okay with drawing the same general themes, but not taking the same exact images or concepts – it’s a moral thing! Please contact me if you see something you would like, and we can work together to come up with something similar but UNIQUE to YOU. That’s the fun of commissions!
Can I hire you if I’m not sure what I want my graphics to look like?
Sure, of course! Please understand that the process of figuring out what you want may take a little longer than if you had a clear vision for your art, but as long as you’re patient and willing to work together I’m sure we can figure something out. I genuinely love bringing peoples’ ideas to life so please feel free to reach out even if you’re unsure!
Do you sell hi res versions of your emotes or badges?
No. I work in a small canvas size to make both badges & emotes so the resizing looks better. If you would like a custom size image please contact me before ordering and let me know what you’re looking for so we can work something out.
Can I edit your art?
Absolutely not. 🙂 Everything I create is sold as-is and is NOT meant to be edited after the fact by anyone else. If you change your stream name or want different text on art I’ve already made for you, please just reach out and I’ll change the files for you. Please do not just edit over my hard work, and please don’t remove my artist credit if you use my graphics. Thank you!
How do I credit you on my Twitch channel?
I appreciate any and all credit, thank you! My linktree is here. For emote attribution through your streamer dashboard, my Twitch name is shinyBats. I include a credit image along with my orders – it’s sized to fit nicely into the info panels on Twitch. Commissions also include a personalized graphic showing off your new artwork and linking back to me. A simple link to this site would help very much as well. The best compliment to an artist is a glowing recommendation.
Why are your socials so barren? Are you real?
I’m real, I promise! I’m just really bad at social media and self promotion. I do have accounts open in case anyone wants to credit or contact me there, but I can’t promise I’ll ever post anything worth seeing!
